It starts with a
servant heart!

Here Today. Here Tomorrow. Here Since 1868.

CNB of Texas was founded in 1868 and is now the oldest independent bank in Texas. We are a full-service bank that offers the same and many times better services than major, nationwide banks, but we have kept our hometown approach to listening to and meeting the needs of our customers and the communities we serve.

CNB of Texas has 13 branches located in 10 cities: Burleson, Cedar Hill, Cleburne, Ennis, Italy, Midlothian, Red Oak, Stephenville, Waxahachie and Weatherford.

Tomorrow’s Technology, Today.

Years ago, the board and senior officers of CNB of Texas realized that a new form of banking was on the horizon. We made a commitment not only to invest in the best electronic tools for customers to use, but also devoted its energies and finances for a technological infrastructure to safeguard and advance the capabilities of the bank.

With online Banking and online Bill Pay, we blend the latest in banking technology with personalized service and place it at your fingertips. A highly advanced security encryption program protects your online banking transactions. With Citizens National Bank of Texas, you can bank at home with confidence.

Serving Customers for More Than 150 Years.

As the area has seen unprecedented growth, so too has Citizens National Bank of Texas. Started in law offices as a resource for loans and a safe haven for savings, the bank was originally founded in 1868. CNB of Texas' assets have risen to more than $1 billion and our branch network has expanded to include 14 branches in 10 cities.

Serving Citizens and Communities

No other bank, large or small, can match CNB of Texas’ record of participation in our communities. From the sponsorship of worthy causes, to our employees’ involvement in the community, which exceeds 15,000 hours of goodwill services, we have set the standard as a major benefactor to charities and organizations. Giving back to the communities we serve is one of our primary responsibilities.
